Teenage four-piece McFly followed on the success
of Busted and have become one of Britain and Ireland's
most popular acts. Blending pop and rock in a
similar manner, the band credit The Beatles, The
Beach Boys and Bruce Springsteen amongst their
influences.
Their debut single Five Colours In Her Hair went
to number one in the UK chart for two weeks. The
band then honed their live show supporting Busted
on their UK tour.
Debut album Room On The 3rd Floor has been shortlisted
for the UK record of the year 2004 and the boys
recently scooped five awards at the 2004 Smash
Hits Poll Winners Party.
